Monday Motivation – Stress – Don’t let it destroy you.

There is good stress that helps us grow and then there is not so good stress that creates anxiety and depression and sometimes takes away our will to live.

3 things to remember to lower/eliminate ‘bad’ stress:

ADAPT to the environment.


SHIFT the mindset and view the environment differently.


CHANGE the environment.

There are always options. It is a matter of putting health as a priority or not.

Your choice.

Write down your stressors and ‘look’ at them and ask yourself, “is it worth it?”
